The juicy pork dumplings are to die for. They arrive steaming hot in a bamboo steamer, try not to pierce the dumpling's skin with your chopstick as you place it on your soup spoon. Add a little sliver of ginger and a dash of vinegar, and if you can, put the whole dumpling in your mouth and enjoy the pork juice explosion. On one occasion the crispy duck was just like the Peking duck I had in Beijing, with perfectly crisp skin and the delicate flavor of star anise. It was served with thin strands of scallion, hoisin sauce, and steamed buns. The jelly fish salad is excellent too, spicy and nutty with sesame oil. Be adventurous here, as the best food on the menu is the authentic fare. They really care about the quality of the food here and the service is friendly. On the weekends this place is packed for lunch,
