I wish I would have know not to buy from them

This place is nothing but a headache. First of all I had to go back the first week of purchase, talked to the woman in the service department who yelled at me for no reason and told me I had to pay $100.00 out of pocket to get service, even though I had a 30 day warranty. Then I left the car there twice because of "jerking", bad brakes, among other problems. They said that it has "a learning transmission" and "metallic brakes". I took it to Midas and a private certified mechanic, both said that the car is about to go out. I got this car in April. I am still fighting it with a complain. This is by far such a horrible place to get your vehicle. Do yourself a favor and do not, absolutely do not go there.

The service manager is NOT helpful in resolving service issues. If you have a problem, expect a run-around! A class in Customer Relations MIGHT help him handle Mitsubishi Customers better!
