I'm new to Denver, and in my hunt for a dry cleaners elected to try Revolution Cleaners because I liked their earth-friendly practices. Unfortunately when I picked up my clothes I was less than satisfied. They had torn the hem out of my skirt, turned a bright yellow sweater to a dingy yellow, and mistreated the fabric on another pair of pants. I will not go back and do not recommend.

I have been using Revolution for about a year. I care about the environment and hate dry cleaning chemicals, which led me to them initially. Unfortunately, my clothes never return clean - they almost always smell, and never look pressed or crisp. Additionally, they have ruined some of my beaded clothing when much of the threading came loose. I asked them to fix it, and instead they cut all of the threads short and didn't re-sew anything. In addition, we haven't had great customer service. We recently tried to pick up our cleaning about 10 minutes before the store closed, and the clerk informed us that we would have to come back another time because she didn't want to have to recount the drawer. I wish there were another environmentally friendly cleaner in Denver!

Still GREAT! THANK YOU!!! We've been using your service for awhile now and really enjoy the hassle-free service you all provide while living downtown! We currently refer and recommend your company to a number of customers and friends throughout the Denver area. Keep up the good work! Thanks again!

This cleaners has a good idea, but my clothes never come back smelling fresh, they smell dirty and nearly always look dingy. The customer service is OK, but when you need to speak to a manager or pay in cash good luck, this store doesn't have either.

When I first tried Revolution Cleaners I was looking for an environmentally friendly alternative to regular dry cleaning services. My experience has been mixed. The company has been operating only since 2004, so perhaps some of the quality control issues are due to inexperienced staff. I have had problems with shirts and sweaters being returned shrunken. My wife's silk blouse no longer fits her because it may have been washed when the label plainly indicates "Dry Clean Only". A washable silk shirt I dropped off for dry cleaning was washed and shrunken. One of my dress shirts was returned inexplicably torn on the sleeve. Shirts have been returned with broken buttons, which should be automatically replaced. They sometimes have difficulty with stains. Customer service has been pretty good, however, once they did misplace a few of my items for a week. Usually their service is adequate and their quality is about average overall. I use regular dry cleaning companies as well, especially when I have a stained item. Revolution's prices are on par with other upscale dry cleaners, but they do need to improve their quality control. I still use them primarily because I want to support a company who is trying to make a difference, but until they improve their quality, I'll continue to take cherished items elsewhere.
