I go to the JC Penneys in Northfield Mall by my Bass Pro Shops and Wendy always does such a fine job on my hair. So often people take time to write the negative or report that, I wanted to take a moment to say I appreciate the service she provides, and how detailed she is with my hair. She speaks so highly of the company and the ongoing training they provide to the stylist to keep them up to date. I appreciate her and I appreciate you. Thanks John

J.C Penney has the cutest shoes, especially their skechers. They also have cute skirts and blouses, I like their selection of clothes.

The Only Problem I seem to notice is that there is not a wide selection of items to choose from or to browse through. I have been to websites that have a lot more variety of things to choose from and have better service. Not the best website, but probably not the worst.

I recently had a problem with a toy (manufacture "default" that was a safety hazard). The company was very helpful, and apologetic. I was impressed that the manager called to make sure my children were ok. We discussed the problem with the toy, and he was very cooperative and sincere. It is good to know that the manager at the Barboursville JCPenney store is very people oriented and concerned about his customers! Thank You. A. Petrie
