Very Unprofessional

This doctor at first acts like your best-friend. Making it seem like he is willing to work with you and everytime he decides to tack on more fees and change the prices everytime you go in. His staff is never stable so you don't see the same person twice (which creates billing problems along with other issues) and no one ever returns your phone calls in a prompt manner. If you question this dr. he tends to retaliate by adding on more fees. He is also hardly available in his office and is always rescheduling your appointments or is late getting started by a significant amount of time. He is harsh with treatment and definately doesn't have "gentle hands". If you are looking for quality care I would NOT recommend First Avenue Dental.

Everyone who works at First Avenue Dental is first class...they're really nice and welcoming and well-versed on the treatment and procedures they do. I like the office and feel comfortable there.
