This place rocks. They are normally faster than they estimate and their sammies are awesome. They are pretty big and priced right. Every once in a while the sandwiches seem inconsistant in size. The ingrediants are fresh and tastey/ They also deliver all over the place. Recommended in from our house!

Today I called in a lunch order and spoke with Kevin. He spoke in a sarcastic tone to start with, then put me on hold to get a total. When I told him that I forgot to mention that I had a coupon he said, "That would have been nice to know before I rang it up." I apologized and he didn't say anything. I asked if he would rather I cancel the order and he said, "that's up to you." Needless to say, I canceled the order. The entire experience was terrible. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and Mark got on the phone. He just said he would speak with Kevin but didn't apologize or even sound like he cared. This was an example of awful customer service and I would not recommend Fat Jack's to anyone!!!

Fat Jack's is perhaps the best sandwich place in the DU community. They have a great selection at moderate prices, and the staff is always friendly. I find it hard to believe that some people are disappointed in Fat Jack's. The only time I have ever had a problem is they forgot to put something on my sandwich, and the next time I ordered they gave me my entire meal for free. They are open late, which is great for college students, and they deliver until 3 on the weekends. I love it!

This has to be the most disappointing delivery experience I had in Denver from ANY place. The driver arrived soon after I called, but the sandwich was ALL wrong. Every vegetable I asked them to HOLD was there, along with mayo and vinegar I clearly told them I diden't want. I guess they don't know what "compleatly plane" means...The driver came back 45 minutes later with the correct sandwich finally, and it was ice cold. I was told the place doesn't have any means of heating sandwiches, including a microwave oven! Come on, Jack, this is the 21st century. Even Subway will mic. your sandwich if you insist. I then asked the driver how long I should heat my sandwich for to nicely melt the cheese, and he diden't have a clue... Sorry, no tip. Next time I'll get in my car and drive to a Quizno's...

Over the last 6 months, I have ordered from Fat Jack's every 2 weeks or so, and have been lucky if 50% of my orders have been filled correctly. From missed side items like cookies or soup, to messed-up special orders, to 2-hour wait times, these guys always seem to find a way to get it wrong. They also seem to close whenever they want - I called tonight at 11:15pm and was told that "no more orders are going out tonight" - but their menu states that they deliver until midnight! Not the first time this has happened... Anyway, too bad, independent sandwich shops with quality ingredients and late delivery are a rare breed in Denver. Unfortunately, these guys just don't seem to care enough! I hope they can pull it together...
