I don't usually leave reviews unless there is something say (good or bad). This cab company is awful! First I was charged $212 for my cab ride. Yellow cab did credit my account for the error (two days after it happened) - however only for $150, leaving me to pay $62 for a cab ride? Not to mention the overdraft charges, and they NEVER called to let me know what happened. Then when I called to resolve this issue there was no return phone call for two days. This issue is still unresolved. I will never use this company again!

Well then, good luck to you if you pick up a cab in front of a hotel. Some cab drivers are so uninterested in short hops that they feel they have the right to turn you away.

I have never used a cab service before, but since I remembered the number, I decided to call after a long day at work. My first call was at 12:54 a.m. I was getting to the Nine Mile lightrail at 1:30 a.m., so I told the person on the line that information, she told me to call closer to the time when I needed a pick-up. My second call was at 1:11 a.m. I could hear loud noise in the background, so I was unsure if the man got all of my information, but was hopeful. I arrived at Nine Mile station around 1:30 a.m. ... no cab. I waited and waited. At 1:45 a.m., I decided to call back. The same woman answered as did at 12:54, she said, someone just looked at my call and a cab would arrive shortly. I waited and waited. Then, I got a call at 2:10 a.m. It was the driver and he said he would be there between five and 10 minutes, arriving 10 minutes later. The ride was fine. BUT, WHY TELL ME TO CALL CLOSER TO PICK-UP TIME WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE ME WAIT AN HOUR????? They will receive a formal complaint letter.
