It's too bad because Denver needs good music stores. But the music box has no idea how to cultivate repeat business, which is sad because that's what a small business needs to stay in business. Not only do they disregard your presence when you are in the store, but they are very hard to work with when the customer is in need of special orders. If you want to feel like a valued customer, shop somewhere else.... like the internet.

(This is my first time message) I'd been going to Music Box for 3 years, although I'd never felt welcomed in the store. But, they are open on Sundays. On my last visit there, the staff member was very very very rude. I'd never been treated in that awful and disrespectful way. There is no sense of customer service. Obviously, they lost more than one customer for this bad experience.
