Poor Management, Overpriced

I went to this location a year ago and had a wonderful experience. The management must have changed since I was last there. I went with a group tonight and the whole time snotty comments were made towards the group. When I went to pay the price came out much higher than the tag that was right in front of the piece I picked out. The manager informed me that I was looking at the wrong pricetag even though it was right in front of what I picked. She then was highly resistant to charging me the price shown... very loudly exclaiming.. "What do you want everything for free??" Even though this was the first complaint I had. Additionally, they added in a $3 tip that was non-negotiable.. so much for a TIP. I will never return here for their services.
