Apparently customer service is not their first priority. I was told by an employee everything was an additional 20% off that day. I picked out my items and went to the counter. Another employee was behind the counter. She rung me up and before my transaction was done she received a personal phone call. While still on the phone she told me to run my card. I let her know I had a question and would wait until she was done with her personal phone call. She was visibly irritated that I asked why I didn't get the additional 20% off. I then told her I thought it was very rude that she was on a personal call while helping me. Still giving me attitude I asked if she was the manager and she said "NOPE". It turns out (I found out from the other employee) she was the Assistant Manager. I told her I couldn't believe she was the Assistant Manager and treating me that way. I told her forget it and walked out. The one thing I can say is I emailed the company and they emailed me back Immediately and said they would address the issue. I have never shopped in that store and I plan to never do it again.
