A Google search for flower delivery led me to denverflowerstoday.com, which boasts the Bloomfield Florist name and phone number, but when I called them the woman on the phone had no idea what I was talking about and sent me to another Web site. After much confusion I was able to show her a picture of exactly what I wanted - these flowers were for a wedding reception - and she assured me they'd be able to help. When the delivery didn't show up I tried calling customer service twice, but they were not very helpful. Customer service is obviously located outside of the store, and they obviously handle multiple stores, as they had no idea what was going on, and had to call me back "once they found my order in the system." The flowers were finally delivered over six hours late, and they were the wrong color. I'll never do business with Bloomfield Florist again.

Ordered flowers with a special vase as a congratulatory gift. Bloomfield delivered flowers in the wrong vase and the flowers were dead the next day.

My brother ordered flowers through an internet site and this florist was assigned the purchase. The flowers were supposed to be delivered between 5.10 and 5.11.2008 in time for mother's day. My mother waited the entire weekend to ensure she was able to receive the flowers, and we never received a phone call or the flowers. We received a call from the DRIVER on Monday after mother's day, who was really nice, but we feel that we should have received a call from the florist when they realized their mistake. When we were told to contact the florist manager, we instead got to talk to one of the florists, who said that we would not receive a full refund unless we did not accept the flowers. Their mistake ruined our original mother's day plans because we had to wait for their call that never came. We were offered a partial credit back, but we chose to cancel. We feel that when a company is providing a time-sensitive service, a full refund should be offered WITH the product. They stated that they upgraded the flowers, but what does that matter when it's two days late?

Excellent selection of flowers and gifts. Caters to locals. I go there all the time to have flowers delivered to my wife at her work, or just pick up some flowers for the house. Nice people, casual, dog-friendly! I think they also do weddings and events because I see them loading up big vans with tons and tons of flower arrangements every weekend. They always look nice.
