Horrible customer service

I have been to a ton of Blockbuster stores, but this one in particular has the worst service. We went there to return a game we bought within the past 48 hours, with a receipt because it wouldn't play and the manager looked at us like we were trying to take all her money. A $10 game and only asking for store credit since they didn't have the same game in stock. The manager was incredibly rude. If you can go to a different store, you should.
