I took my 4 month old puppy in for her 1st grooming. I'll be honest, when I 1st went in I was not impressed. It did smell very bad and just wasn't super clean. The lady who was to groom her was very nice, asked her name, and was happy to look at the picture I provided of how I wanted her hair cut. I was still a bit nervous to leave her but did so I could get my daughter to school. When I picked her up, I was very happy with the results. She looked adorable and while the place smelled awful, she did not, she smelled very good. We will consider taking our animals there again.

This place has horrible service! It was dirty and the owner doesn't even seem to like dogs. When I picked my dog up, his nails weren't trimmed like I asked and they didn't clean his face at all. The price was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will never again take my dog there. He's been acting sad and withdrawn since I brought him home.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bills he is about half the price of the bigger grooming companies and has been at same location for over 40 years. The people that work there seem to actually care about my dog not like petsmart who my dog just seemed like a number. And the quality of work on my baby just made me want to show him off:)
Horrible place and service

I took my dog there and the service was AWFUL. It was dirty and smelled like dog pee, I could barely stand in there the smell was so potent. I was hesitant to leave my dog there but I did due to another appointment. Upon pick up, they didn't trim her fur like I asked and the brush was a horrible job. I ended up brushing her when we got home. The worst part was, they didn't even ask my dogs name. And when I went to go get her they kept referring to her as the big one, she is a large breed, but atleast use a dogs name so they know they are speaking to them. But I will never go back, it was unsanitary and just reeked from the moment you walked in. I feel guilty I left my dog there there and she still reeks like that place...I may have to give her another bath today.
