I went to Belmar for an epidural. This was an outpatient procedure, and it took about 1/2 hour. I was welcomed in, given a bed, and wheeled into the surgery room. Once the procedure was over was placed in a recovery room with all the other patients. When I couldn't walk after 40 minutes, they wheeled me into hallway because aparently they needed my bed for another patient. After 20 more minutes of not being able to feel my legs and not being able to walk, the nurse wheeled me out to my car, and without helping, asked me to get into my car and go home. The pain in my back came back 2 days later. I called them and they told me I could come in to do it again! I declined. I got my bill, it was for $1500! I do have insurance, but aparently trying to live pain free was elective, so I fought with them to resubmit it to my insurance, but of course they took me to court instead. After begging them to submit it to my insurance they commenced garnishing my wages for $2000. Apparently the $1500 wasn't enough. I asked for a breakdown in charges, and realized how the amount was so high... $165.00 for placing a blanket on my legs. I didn't even get to keep the blanket!!! $16.00 for giving me an advil... It wasn't even bottled water!!! I think they charged me like $80 for giving me the really cool ride in the wheelchair, and of course the rent for the 20 minutes I spent in the closet area when they needed my bed. Don't ever use these people. They will scam you out of so much money! Thank you.

Very professional. Runs like a well-oiled machine. Nursing staff is kind and thoughtful. My doctor is the best.

I was treated exceptionally well. The staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, my doctor was late, but the nurses kept me comfortable and kept me updated. I can't see why anyone would have a bad experience there. I have had at least 4 injections there. Always as good as can be (considering it's for my chronic pain).
