great neighborhood bar

What a great place! We were pub crawling with friends last Friday and after having a gross experience at another Broadway bar were told to check out this place by someone at Mo's. Great place--nice people, happy hour got jammed packed. There was only a bartender and a helper but they were fast and fun. Cant remember the bartenders name but he was a big skinny black guy who made great drinks! Everything about it was great, the mix of people and men and women, the windows to the street were great for people watching. Met one the owner Larry and he was the nicest guy and fun, we played music together on the box. Wonderful place, I will be back.

Stopped in to see the cutie Jason. Had been in a few times when Kenny was there. Like the friendly "STRAY" atmosphere. It is nice that people can bring in their well behaved pooches. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that I am not a beer drinker and their Happy Hour prices for mixed drinks aren't that special.

This place is truly a dive bar. Itused to be gay but now claims to have a mixed crowd. Every time I'm in there are only a few derelicts there. prices aren't that good caused they remodeled recently. didn't help
