This place provided the worst care i ever recieved in a healthcare facility. The lady at the front desk had the worst attitude. It was time for me to pay my copay i realized i had left my checkbook home by mistake and had 2 $10 rolls of quarters and asked her could i use them as form of payment and she laughed at me and asked me "are YOU going to count them out?" I told her i would help her.after all it's not like they couldn't find me or even bill me if when they unwrapped them it was short.anyway, she looked at me with a bewildered look and refused to answer me,i told her i would just go down the street a few blocks and get bills. she said,"I Never had anybody do this before, well you have 15 min. until your appt."I was so embarassed,i walked away and by the time i got to my car i was in tears. Now I'm back, payed the lady and was instructed to go to waiting area to be called. A staff member called my name i got up,she didn't see me,called my name again then walked away before i could get to her.stood at the hallway while she chatted with a male staff member before she noticed me.She took me to the back. Now i had to wait until time for my 2nd scan of my heart. She asked me did i want to take a hour break before we take the 2nd scan because she needs a lunch and she doesn't get many breaks.I told her go ahead and i will wait right here until her lunch is over. Now she came back to take me to the scan.During the session she left and instructed someone else to watch me.Well, sad to say he forgot about me and i was left on the machine similar to a CAT scan machine with 1 arm velcroed above my head.During the test you cannot to move so i had a feeling the test was over but no one was around so i remained still till she came back saying Oh my god! he forgot. he heard her and came in.I continued to lay there while they shared a laugh at my expense.Literally! When i go back to my doctor i will tell her to refer me somewhere else. In the waiting room i listened to other patients unblievable experience.NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK!!!!
