We also assist on fast disposing of empty or abandoned homes, help prevent further depreciation by moving those homes quick. We try our best to do outside the box loss mitigation. Although were a non-for profit we receive and accept donation or low membership fees in exchange for our services, We want to encourage responsible behavior from homeowners, we believe that if theres some interest vested the more likely they will keep their promises and their homes. I believe that free things are less appreciated and less cared for.
