I am a medical student at CU with intermittent low back pain. I had a flare-up recently and Dr. Dukes was able to see me the same day. As a medical student at CU, I appreciated the neurological tests that he used to assure me that my pain did not have a serious underlying cause. In three sessions, he significantly reduced my pain and taught me exercises that would strengthen the appropriate muscles to prevent me from having a recurrence of the pain.

After many years of snowboarding, my back got worse and worse and I wasn't sure what to do about it. Then i went to Activa and saw Dr. Justin Dukes and right away i started to feel better. The pain went away and i was able to do more on the mountain then i ever thought possible thanks to Dr. Dukes. Besides the great work that they do on my back everyone at Activa is wonderful. They are incredibly nice and helpful, and i would recomend them to everyone i know.

Dr. Justin Dukes of Activa Chiropractic gets all the credit for helping me go from couch potato to marathon runner. I'd get aches and pains like everyone else on my team, only they'd drop out of action and I'd go to Dr. Dukes. His treatments were so perfect for whatever was the problem! He not only did adjustments, he did infrared and electric stimulation, and he did Graston Technique and Active Release, and my favorite, kinesiotape. If I hadn't had his help several times throughout the season, I'd have had to drop out like so many of my teammates did. Gosh, I tell my friends who are 50+ and dropping out of activities because their bodies hurt: Go see my chiropractor! It's not just all about adjusting your back, they can do ankles and knees and hips and shoulders. Don't give up until you see what they can do for you.

After reviewing the website for Activa Chiropractic I attempted to make an appointment based on the reviews of Dr. Dukes only to be told that he is no longer employed there. Noone would tell me how to find him and the person I spoke to flat out admitted to me that they no longer offer the specific types of services that they claim to on their website.

After my dogs tweaked my knee while playing in the backyard, I was referred to Dr. Dukes (by Dr. T) for soft tissue work. He took the time to listen to my concern and then used Graston technique to help with my sprain as well as this taping technique that is used by professional athletes. After a few treatments, I was feeling better. What I liked about Activa Chiropractic is how the doctors worked together to consult on my case. I felt like I was a getting world-class care at an affordable price. I would recommend Dr. Dukes and Activa Chiropractic.
