I recently had a move from Co to NM on 1/12/10. I cant explain how smoothly my move went from start to finish. The gentleman that came out to give me a quote for my move John was very professional and pleasant and was very helpful in assisting me with me move. I had many questions about coverage, delivery date , claims etc. The day of my move the crew came out to load my items on to the truck. They were so helpful and took so much care with my items and wrapped all my furniture with blankets to assure there would be no damage to them. When I received my items in NM, everything was in perfect condition. The crew covered my floors with protection since I had brand new floors put in my new home. There was one item that was damaged which was a lamp in a box that I had packed. I was told to notify the company and they sent me a claim form. I sent the form back to them, when I received my response from them they told me that since I had packed the box there was no liability for anything inside it. They did send me a check for $9.00 which was at the rate of $.60 a pound for the weight of the box. The reason they couldn't cover the full value of damage to the lamp was because they didn't pack it themselves to assure that it was packed properly which I completely understand. Other than that I highly recommend using them for either a local move or long distance move. I cant tell you on how happy and pleased I am with using them for my move. I have used other larger carriers before for moves in my past and have had problems. Only thing I can recommend to people who you choose to do your moves. Always read your contract and check your liability insurance on what is covered and what is not covered.

Stay away from this moving company. They did not deliver what we agreed upon, lied, and then would not replace items that were damaged while in their possession. Very unfortunate experience with them. I would NOT recommend them, even if it meant saving a few hundred dollars. Not worth the hassle and frustration we went through! They promised a covered move for my vehicle AND items in one truck. They showed up with a small truck that would have BARELY fit my vehicle, only. I called them and they admitted they underestimated the move size. I even asked them at the assessment if they wanted to go see our storage unit and he said ‘nah, we don’t need to… ‘. Last minute planning so our car could get delivered and they set an open transport with a random truck company that didn't even specialize in car moves. THEN the car shows up with the hubcap totally scratched up. They told us to get an estimate ($550 to replace) and send, which we did. We then received a check for $13.65 (yes, thirteen dollars). We called and talked to ‘John’ which was the gentleman with whom we had been dealing. I asked why they said they would have us get an estimate so they ‘could replace’ and then send us a check for $13. He said he ‘assumed we knew they would not replace’. They WEIGHED the hubcap and multiplied by the insurance value of .60. Just a few examples of why you want to call someone else!!

Their 20+ years of service are false claims. They've only been licensed a few years.\n\nI went with this company for a local move. Items were damaged, delayed and the staff is very unprofessional. Sure, I saved a few bucks but in the long run I'm paying more for new goods, repairs and damages. I later found out that several other people I know went through them and had similar problems. They also have several marks against them on the BBB! WATCH OUT!\n\nFollow my advice STAY AWAY!
