aThey help us move and they were aweful they guys are a bunch of teenagers that like to mess around and have no respect for the kid that are around one guys phone would ring and when it did it would yell out Ahole. They did not care about our stuff. We just bought new furniture and we kept telling the movers that the legs and the base of our couches and love seat comes off well they did not want to take the time to remove it so they damage our furniture pretty good and then when they moved my sons bed they slide it down the truck and kick it off the bed of the truck and now there are scratch marks all on one side and huge divits and we just bought all this furniture 1 month before we moved. When I did a claim it took them 2 months of beating around the bush by not returning my call or telling me they will call back and never did. But now they are telling me that they are not going to be responsable for the damage. They said that the value of my furniture that was damaged did not egual up to the amount of $250 and the funny thing is, is that know one ever came over to my house to investigate the damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE AND THERE MOVERS MESS AROUND SO MUCH BY SMOKING OR TALKING ON THERE CELLPHONES THAT A 4 HR JOB ENDING UP TAKING 8 HRS AND THAT WAS WITH ME AND MY HUSBAND TELLING THEM TO GET BACK TO WORK AND QUIT TAKING BREAKS. SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY.
Horrible Experience

They were two hours late. They didn't have shrinkwrap as indicated on the work order. I had to spending 31 dollars on a roll. My furniture wasn't tied down. My entertainment center got alot of damage. Steve, a Manger, gave me a complete attitude of indifference to them being 'on time'. The whole experience was poor and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The movers from aall pro were very good with all my furniture. They provided free wardrobes and did a great job covering all my items. I will refer them to all of my friends
