I set an appointment 2 days in advance at the downtown location and showed up ON TIME only to be told I had no appointment. Then was accused of making the appointment at the Cherry Creek location - ummm I think I know who I called! REALLY! Then they asked if I could wait 1/2 hour...let's see they had 3 walk-ins waiting and 2 employees - really think they can get all that done in 1/2 hour! plus had customers in the pedi chairs already! They do not know what customer service is. Also had a poor experience at the DTC location, but decided to give them a try again since it was a different location - what a fool I was!!!

I gave them a shot becuase of the location. However it doesn't feel good to have the manicurist running from client to client in a panic. I want a relaxed experience, which I'm still searching for by the way. This is not the place for me. Reminds me of a typical old fashioned salon. Nothing special. I wouldn't mind the price if the experiece was equal to the cost. I want a quiet, calm, non-snooty, exceptional manicure in Denver and can't find it yet.

This is the best place for your manicure/pedicure. It might seem a little pricey at $50 for the combo, but you get those big massage chairs, don't have to make an appt. (although if you do, you can make it same day for almost any time) and the sweetest ladies around. I have been going here for years and they are very dedicated. Where else do you get a neck massage while you nails are drying as part of the service? So nice! It's a great place for women to just sit and talk to your friends, look at beauty mags and just RELAX while getting a great manicure and pedicure that lasts. I brought my entire bridal party and family here before my wedding in August and we were all treated like queens. Must try!
